The Division of Revenue Amendment Bill [B22– 2022]. is currently the piece of legislation before the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature under review. Public Hearings will be held in all 5 districts on the 18 November 2022. The purpose for the amendment is to amend the Division of Revenue Act, 2022, in accordance with the money Bills and related matters Act, 2009, and to provide for matters connected therewith.

The Portfolio Committee on Finance, Economic Development & Tourism is inviting all members of the public and stakeholders to a Public Hearing on the Division of Revenue Amendment Bill [B22– 2022 on the 18 November 2022.
