Enhancing Community Understanding Of Legislative Processes

Today's Civic Education Workshop conjoined with a Women's prayer session at the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature was a great success.

The event commenced with an enlightening Civic Education Presentation by Ms. Andisa Mahangu, providing attendees with valuable insights into civic responsibilities and governance.

The second session featured a Women’s Interfaith Service, led by the Honourable Speaker of the Legislature, Newrene Klaaste. The service, supported by representatives from Commemoration Church, URC Church, and St. James Church, highlighted the importance of interfaith dialogue and community cohesion.

The last session was an informative tour of the Legislature Building, which was conducted by Ms. Gaopelwe Moloko, offering a deeper understanding and giving historical context of the building.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all participants and contributors for their engagement and support. Your involvement is crucial in fostering a well-informed and united community.
